- Browsing data — collected automatically to operate and secure the site (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited). Not used to identify you.
- Data you provide — submitted through the request forms (name, email, phone, preferred date, number of guests, message) or the newsletter (email).

4. Data retention
Data submitted via the forms is kept for the time needed to handle your request and, in case of a business relationship, for the period required by law; otherwise it is deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn. Analytics data follows the durations in the Cookie Policy.
5. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed on our behalf by providers acting as data processors:
- Hosting provider — to deliver the site and handle email (EU servers).
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics and Google Fonts.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — Microsoft Clarity.
Data is neither disseminated nor sold to third parties for their own marketing.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (Google, Microsoft) may also process data in the United States. Transfers rely on adequate safeguards under Art. 44 ff. GDPR (adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses).
